The product works very well. It removes hair great. The downside is that it wrinkles a bit; I will open the seam and insert a piece of board and sew it back together so it doesn't wrinkle. For this reason, I don't give it 5 stars. It also has a seam where you put your fingers like a mitten...which are very useful and not too big, but it still wrinkles.
